The name Kensetsu originates from a Japanese company established in 1954 which built quality rollers for the local Japanese OEM markets. Through attrition and time Kensetsu Japan eventually became Kensetsu Buhin Co., LTD, starting its production in November 2003. In its first years, KTSU's volumes were a modest 8,000pc per month and were concentrated on a few excavator models popular only in China. Today KTSU has grown into a world-class production facility capable of production exceeding 100,000 pieces monthly. These volumes consist of rollers, idlers and sprockets that service Bulldozers, Excavators, Pavers, Carrier Dumpers, Compact Track Loaders and Mini Excavators. Aggressive expansion has seen KTSU grow into a small regional company to one that is known and respected on a global basis.
KTSU has achieved the Certifications of Quality ISO9001 and ISO14001 assuring that we are constantly auditing ourselves to provide the high standards to our manufacturing methods. Our customers demand and 'rightfully expect' a world-class product; technical and management experience acquired by more than 55 years of manufacturing practices contribute to quality that is respected in both the OEM and A/S markets.
